Shahe fen or he fen is a type of wide Chinese noodle made from rice and is often synonymously called kway teow or kwetiau, literally "ricecake strips".

Ingrediente

200-250 grams kwetiau (flat rice noodles)
200 grams beef
250 grams prawn
200 grams bok choy (chinese cabbage)
100 grams soybean sprouts, optional
2 eggs
3-4 garlic cloves
chili peppers, at will
1-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper powder
5 tablespoons cooking oil
fried onion (or fried shallot)
acar bening (Indonesian pickled carrots and cucumbers), optional
