Sushi

Sushi is a Japanese food consisting of cooked vinegared rice sushi-meshi (sushi rice) combined with other ingredients (neta), usually raw fish or other seafood. Neta and forms of sushi presentation vary widely, but the ingredient which all sushi have in common is vinegared rice. The rice is also referred to as (shari) and "sumeshi" (vinegared rice).

500 gram beras sushi
250 gram filet ikan tuna atau potongan ikan tuna
250 gram filet ikan salmon
2 sendok makan mirin (anggur beras manis dari Jepang yang rendah kadar alkoholnya)
3-5 sendok makan cuka sari beras
1 sendok makan gula pasir
1 sendok teh garam
2 sendok teh mayones
1 sendok teh minyak wijen
15 gram nori
15-20 gram pasta wasabi
kecap asin
