350-500 gram pasta/mie "spaghetti"
300 gram daging sapi cincang atau daging babi cincang
1 bawang bombai
1 wortel
1 batang seledri
2-4 jamur kancing (atau jamur putih)
1 tomat
2 sendok makan pasta tomat
200 mililiter kaldu ayam
1 sendok makan garam
1 sendok teh bubuk lada/merica
1/2 sendok teh bubuk pala
125 mililiter whipped cream (susu kental yang dikocok)
2 sendok makan minyak zaitun (atau minyak olive)
1 sendok makan mentega
1-2 sendok makan rajangan daun peterseli
