Rissoles

A rissole is a small croquette, enclosed in pastry or rolled in breadcrumbs, usually baked or deep fried. It is filled with sweet or savory ingredients, most often minced meat or fish, and is served as an entrée, main course, dessert or side dish. Rissole is a snack food in Indonesia. They are commonly filled with bechamel, chicken, carrot, celery, and eaten with chilli sauce or mustard.

50 mililiter kaldu ayam
700 mililiter susu (cair tawar)
200-250 gram tepung terigu
4 telur (atau telur ayam)
1 bawang bombai
2-3 siung bawang putih
50-80 gram mentega
2 sendok makan garam
1/2-1 sendok teh bubuk lada/merica
100-150 gram remah roti (atau tepung roti atau tepung panir)
