Nasi goreng teri

Nasi goreng (in Indonesian: fried rice) can refer simply to fried pre-cooked rice, a meal including stir fried rice in small amount of cooking oil or margarine, typically spiced with kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), shallot, garlic, tamarind and chilli and accompanied with other ingredients, particularly egg, chicken and prawns. There is also another kind of nasi goreng which is made with ikan asin (salted dried fish) which is also popular across Indonesia.

25-30 gram ikan teri kering
150 gram kol/kubis putih
1-2 daun sawi sendok (atau pak choy), opsional
1/2 bawang bombai atau bawang bombai merah
2 siung bawang putih
cabe (atau cabai), takaran sesuaikan selera
5 gram terasi
1-2 sendok teh garam
1-2 daun bawang
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
