Mie ayam or bakmi ayam is an Indonesian dish of yellow wheat noodle (bakmi or mie in Indonesian) topped with diced chicken meat (ayam), seasoned with soy sauce, and usually served with a chicken broth soup. The name is shortened to mie ayam or mi ayam. Bakmi ayam is a popular Chinese Indonesian dish and common in Indonesian cities. It can be served in a restaurant or from a hawker's trolley.

350 gram tulang sapi
500 gram tepung terigu
1-2 sendok makan garam
250 gram jamur kancing (atau jamur putih)
4-6 daun sawi sendok (atau pak choy)
2-3 daun bawang
1 sendok makan mentega atau margarin
8-10 sendok makan minyak goreng
6-8 siung bawang putih
1 sendok teh bubuk lada/merica
2-3 sendok makan kecap asin
