1-2 tangkai daun bawang prei/perai
1 sendok makan rajangan daun peterseli atau rajangan daun peterseli beku
2 bawang bombai atau bawang bombai merah
3-4 siung bawang putih
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh bubuk lada/merica
3-4 sendok makan tepung terigu
150 mililiter minuman anggur merah (atau red wine)
400 mililiter kaldu sapi
2 daun laurel
1 sendok makan daun rosemary kering
1 sendok makan daun thyme kering
