Tiramisu (version 2)

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers (Italian: Savoiardi) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone cheese, and flavoured with cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of puddings, cakes and other desserts.

20-24 ladyfingers (biscuit)
500 grams mascarpone
500 milliliters hot water
2-3 tablespoons instant coffee (or coffee powder)
100 grams sugar
150 milliliters amaretto liqueur
3 eggs
1/3-1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons icing sugar (or powdered sugar)
100 milliliters whipped cream
2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
melissa leaves, optional
