Tahu campur Lamongan

Tahu campur adalah makanan yang berasal dari Lamongan dan terdiri atas sayuran berupa daun selada dan kecambah (toge) dipadukan dengan tahu, lontong, dan perkedel ketela pohon, bihun, serta daging sapi. Tahu campur disajikan dengan kuah yang telah dicampur dengan petis udang.

Ingredients

600-800 grams of beef
2-3 pieces of tofu (bean curd)
200-300 grams of cassava (manioc) or tapioca flour
250-300 grams of Asian egg noodles
150 grams of soybean sprouts
3 scallions (or green onions)
3 centimeters of kencur (or kaempferia galanga or aromatic ginger)
5-6 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of coriander seed powder
2 teaspoons of cumin seed powder
2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of pepper powder
2 tablespoons of salt
5-6 kaffir lime leaves
chili peppers, at will
1-2 tablespoons of petis (Indonesian shrimp paste)
1 lime or lemon
