Ingredients

1 chicken breast
200-250 grams of prawn
500 grams of beef bone
1 egg
50 grams of tapioca flour
100-150 grams of wonton pastry
3-4 carrots
1 bunch of scallion (or green onion)
1 bunch of chives
4-7 garlic cloves
1,5 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
