Salade niçoise

Salad Niçoise is a composed salad of tomatoes, green beans, tuna, hard-boiled eggs, Niçoise olives, and anchovies, dressed with a vinaigrette. It is served variously on a plate, platter, or in a bowl, with or without a bed of lettuce. The tuna may be cooked or canned.

Ingredients

300-500 grams of potato
2-4 eggs
1 tin of canned tuna
400 grams of green bean
4-6 fillets of canned anchovy
50-100gr lamb's lettuce (or nut lettuce or corn salad)
100-150 grams of canned black olive
2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1-2 garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1-1,5 teaspoon of salt
1/3 teaspoon of pepper powder
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
