Ingredients

1-2 tilapias
2 unripe mangoes
1 lemon
2-3 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper powder
1-2 teaspoons of garlic powder, optional
1 teaspoon of sugar
8-10 shallots or red onions (or purple onions)
chili peppers, at will
5-8 grams of shrimp paste
1 tablespoon of petis (Indonesian shrimp paste)
