Ingredients

1/2-1 chicken breast
10-15 prawns
100-150 grams of rice paper
100 grams of rice noodles
lettuce
100 grams of soybean sprouts
100 grams of peanut
mint leaves
coriander leaves (or cilantro)
2 garlic cloves
chili peppers, at will
2-3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce (Chinese dipping sauce)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of salt
