Seafood fettuccine

Fettuccine is a type of pasta popular in Roman cuisine. It is a flat thick noodle made of egg and flour, wider than but similar to the tagliatelle typical of Bologna. It is often eaten with sugo d'umido (beef ragù) and ragù di pollo (chicken ragù).

500 grams of seafood
250-300 grams of pasta fettuccine
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
125 milliliters of white wine
basil leaves, at will
150-200 grams of passata
1-2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
grated parmesan cheese, at will
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
