Chicken tikka masala

Chicken tikka masala is a dish of roasted chunks (tikka) of chicken in a spicy sauce. The sauce is usually creamy, spiced and orange-coloured.

1-1,5 chicken breast
250 milliliters of plain yogurt
2-3 tomatoes
2-3 large green chili peppers
1/5 lemon
4-5 centimeters of ginger
1 onion
6-8 garlic cloves
2-3 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of cumin seed powder
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of coriander seed powder
1,5 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 teaspoons of Cayenne pepper or chili powder
1 teaspoon of pepper powder
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
100-150 milliliters of whipped cream
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
coriander leaves (or cilantro)
