Ingredients

300-500 grams of beef
1-2 carrots
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley or frozen chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of flour
2 leaves of gelatine
100 milliliters of beef broth
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1-2 egg white
150-200 grams of bread crumbs
4-6 tablespoons of grated cheese
cooking oil, for deep-frying
mayonnaise, optional
