Ingredients

500-800 chicken drumsticks, without bone and skin
2 cups of basmati rice
2 garlic cloves
2 centimeters of ginger
300 milliliters of plain yogurt
2-4 green chili peppers
3 green cardamom pods
2 black cardamom pods
1 tablespoon of garam masala
2-3 mace (dried reddish covering of the nutmeg seed)
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of peppercorn
2 tablespoons of chopped mint leaf
3 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves (or cilantro)
3-4 tablespoons of fried onion (or fried shallot)
1 pinch of saffron powder
1 teaspoon of coriander seed powder
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin seed powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2-4 teaspoons of salt
3-5 tablespoons of cooking oil
