1 kilogram of minced lamb
2 onions
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of paprika paste
2 teaspoons of paprika (or ground bell pepper)
2 teaspoons of cumin seed powder
3-5 tomatoes
large green chili peppers
1 iceberg lettuce
1 bunch of parsley
250-400 milliliters of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 lemon
1-2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper powder
